About Me

My Dream.  I dream of one day escaping the corporate ratrace and traveling the world while I still have my spirit, youth and sanity. I dream of being able to combine my two greatest passions, traveling and photography and actually making a living.  I dream of chronicling my adventures through this blog and inspiring others to travel the world.

My Travel.  My first time traveling outside the US I was 19, studying abroad in Rome, Italy.  Rome has forever changed my life. From the moment I returned from Rome I wanted to tango on the streets of Buenos Aires, run with the bulls in Pamplona, walk across the Great Wall of China, and drink Guinness at an Irish Pub in Dublin. 

 

My Fashion. I LOVE fashion but I don't make six figures.  I secretly dream of one day working for Vouge.  I currently work in a sea of blue and black suits aka corporate America.  Where creative fashion is shunned and creative investing is praised.  I consider myself a sale aficionado because although I love high fashion I won't pay full price when you can get it on sale or online.

My Photography.  I own a Nikon D500.  Most of the time I use my 18-55 mm lens that came with the camera.  I'm still in the learning phase.  I also have a fixed 50 mm lens, but I haven't gotten used to using that lens yet.  The only other equipment I use is a tripod.   I've taken a few photography classes at community college nothing too serious.  I hope to develop my photography skills and grow as an artist.
